What is worshiprelease.com?
Worship Release is where I write about and post songs that are connecting me with God and from time to time share some of what’s on my mind. This isn’t a big corporate blog where interns are under paid to write positive reviews for new music. This is the opposite of that. I love to worship and tons of my friends always want new worship music too. I post what is connecting me and God and hope that a bunch of other people will have a place to experience God too.
Supporting the Artists
I think the church is responsible for supporting the artists who help us cut through our personal fogs and experience God. After all, we (the church) will be the first to complain if the artists weren’t supported enough to keep making music. I buy albums and I’m begging you to do the same.
Who am I?
I am Emery, not the band, just the guy.
I lead worship with a great friend, Rick. We do some acoustic worship every Sunday at a local church. The church is full of broken people who are very aware of how desperate we all are. The passion in that packed out little room on Sunday mornings is refreshing.
